continuous muscle fiber activity is a rare, non-dystrophic characterized by generalized myokymia and increased muscle tone associated with delayed motor milestones, leg stiffness, spastic gait, hyperreflexia and Babinski sign. Symptoms may be worsened by febrile illness or anesthesia.
