A rare multiple anomalies/ syndrome characterized by mild or moderate , , short stature and facial dysmorphism (long ears, prominant nasal tip, low columella, thin upper lip, broad mouth and prominent chin) due to KDM3B mutations. feeding difficulties, childhood , and behaviour problems were also reported in some patients.

How rare: <1 / 1 000 000 — fewer than one in a million. In a city the size of Kolkata, that might mean on the order of fifteen people.
