A rare genetic multiple anomalies/ syndrome characterized by intrauterine growth retardation and short stature, microcephaly, premature aging, bird-like facies with lack of facial subcutaneous fat, multiple pigmented nevi, sensorineural hearing loss, and variable . Immunodeficiency and development of tumors have also been described.
