A rare, renal phosphate-wasting disorder characterized by childhood-onset hypophosphatemia that clinically manifests with rickets and/or osteomalacia, slow growth/short stature, bone pain and skeletal deformities. Additional findings may include fatigue, muscle weakness and repeated bone fractures.
