Mandibuloacral (MAD) is a rare genetic bone disorder characterized by growth delay, postnatal development of craniofacial anomalies including mandibular hypoplasia, acral osteolysis, mottled or patchy pigmentation, skin atrophy, and partial or generalized lipodystrophy.
