Fumaric aciduria (FA), an disorder, is most often characterized by early onset but non-specific clinical signs: , severe psychomotor impairment, convulsions, respiratory distress, feeding difficulties and frequent cerebral malformations, along with a distinctive facies. Some patients present with only moderate intellectual impairment.
