Geroderma osteodysplastica (GO) is characterized by lax and wrinkled skin (especially on the dorsum of the hands and feet and abdomen), progeroid features, hip dislocation, joint laxity, severe short stature/dwarfism, severe osteoporosis, vertebral abnormalities and spontaneous fractures, and and mild intellectual deficit.
